Quick Reference Guide for using the QCRA Space
FTC Teams - Color Code Your Team Tools and Parts!
Please identify all QCRA Shared & Individual Team Tools and Parts by color as follows:
PURPLE – QCRA shared Tools, shared rack, or locked shared toolbox
BLUE – Autonomous Rex (like their toolboxes)
RED – CodeBreakers (far left rack)
YELLOW – Taco Terminators
GRAY – CMPD RoboCops
Color marking can be done with tape, paint, nail polish – whatever works for you.
The goal of this process is to help each other and our students better manage team resources by keeping tools and parts in their designated storage areas.
Please instruct your team members to put tools and parts back in their designated storage areas after each team meet.
The Zone is also shared by FRC teams, which use BLUE and RED colors to indicate metric (blue) and SAE tools (red). It is highly recommended to add your team number to your tools with a fine tip sharpie whenever possible.
Please be considerate of all QCRA members that share the Zone by putting away any borrowed tools to their appropriate storage areas after each team meet.
Follow the booking resource guide using your Queen City Robotics email address to request. time at the workspace.
When approved you will get an approval email.
If needed, list who will be meeting you there.
Every team member should sign in for each team meet.
